Engineers are innovators, and innovation requires creativity.  While women have traditionally made up a very small percentage of the engineering workforce, universities and companies are making a push to change that.  There is so much that women bring to the engineering field, and the opportunities for women have never been greater.  Don't take our word for it, though, listen to what some prominent female engineers are saying.
